You Are Not Alone
Dear stranger,
How are you? How's life? Tell me. I want to know.
I have been a bit stressed lately, as I have always wanted to build a mental health community and I have no idea where to start. Now I'm writing this, I'm still as clueless as I was 10 years ago.
How I envisage this small community is that people will come to be an emotional anchor for each other. It will be a space where we can process our thoughts and feelings together, have grown-up conversations, put our hearts and brains together and have a good laugh about the emotional turmoil we are in.

In my clinical years, I came to realise that emotional stability takes a village to maintain. There is only so much personal growth one can gain on their own. So, I propose that we shall start by meeting biweekly on every second and fourth weekend of the month in the beautiful Regent's Park. In each meet up, a group of six of us will start with a 20-minute guided meditation exercise, followed by a 60-minute reflective practice* as a group and wrap up the session with a 10-minute guided breathing exercise:

We will start with this and slowly evolve from here. There will be Cantonese, English, and Mandarin groups throughout the year in London. Send me a message and join us now!
Warmest,
Sin Ting
P.S. If you are too shy for a group walk and would like something more private, send me a message and book your first counselling session today!
